Summary

I have been in the Internet industry for the last 20 years. I have founded, co-founded and sold several companies during my career. I am currently the SVP of Product Design & Experience at BookShout.com. I am also involved with several other Startups in DFW, as well as leading a co-working space in Plano. My primary focus has been in Digital Product, Online Strategy, and User Experience Design.

I have also worked with numerous Fortune listed Companies (American Airlines, AT&T, Cinemark/Fandango, EDS, Folgers, FOX Sports, Fujitsu, Hotels.com, HP, Motorola, Nokia, Pampers, PepsiCo, Sony, and Southwest Airlines). I previously lead the Product and Design Teams for Hotels.com, and lead the Digital Marketing team for AT&T.

I grew up as a street graffiti artist turned contemporary artist and have shown my work in almost a hundred shows, including multiple solo exhibitions in New York City and Los Angeles. In my free time I also write and performs music, play the guitar and drums, and lead worship music. I have self published one book, and reside in McKinney Texas with my wife, two children and two wiener dogs.

Joshua Stone is the most talented artist I know. His artwork hangs on the walls of my house…seriously. In addition to being one of the most creative people I’ve worked with, he is also wicked talented when it comes to design and user experience. I’ve always been able to trust Josh when it comes to meshing the design and UX details with the technical solution.
